RETURN POLICY FOR CUSTOM DRESSES

Dressed By Jessica prides itself on offering high-quality merchandise to fit the needs of our clients. We thoroughly inspect all items before shipping.  All items are made to order therefore  All sales are final.

We provide a size chart to better assist customers with choosing their correct size. If you need help with choosing your correct size, please contact us. When ordering anything custom, please be advised that in some cases minor alterations should be expected.

We understand ordering online is not an easy task. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns at any time. If there is a problem with an item due to an error on our part, please contact us and we will assist you.

RETURNS FOR READY-TO-WEAR

If you are not satisfied with an order you have placed for any reason, you may send it back for an exchange ONLY or receive store credit. (NO REFUNDS). Many of our items are in limited quantities, so we notify you via email. When receiving a store credit you must use that credit within 7 days of purchase. All items must be returned within 5 days of shipment in new, unused condition.
